This year, our scholarship fundraiser will be done as part of a larger event:
ROCKIN’ ON THE RIVER RIBFEST!
The Four Corners Tavern Group is in charge of beer tents at the event, and they have given us the opportunity to provide staffing for The Brownstone tent. In return, we get to keep 100% of the tips for the scholarship fund!
We are looking for volunteers to work morning or afternoon shifts on Saturday (Aug. 14) and/or Sunday (Aug 15). Volunteers get Texas t-shirts, free entrance to the event and drink tickets!
Given the number of people expected to come out for the event, this will be a great fundraiser. This is also the weekend of the Air & Water Show, so it’s the perfect venue to watch the skies, listen to music and enjoy some great ribs!
Encourage your friends to come by and get their beer at the Brownstone tent!

Interested in volunteering?
Send us an e-mail and let us know what day and how many hours you can volunteer, so we can put together the schedule. The more volunteers we have, the shorter the shifts. We need to have at least 10 people at the tent at one time.
